Position Title	Engineering Graduate Trainee
Reports To	Engineering Manager
Position Summary	You will join our 12-month full-time New Graduate Program, designed to give you the experience, mentorship, and exposure needed to kickstart your engineering career.
You will	Complete hands-on training in your selected area (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, DevOps, Security, Data Engineering, or QA) Help us build and improve real-world systems used by our customers and internal teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems through technology Support testing, deployment, optimization, and automation of services and tools Write clean, maintainable code and technical documentation. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices

Who You Are

You bring	A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field A strong academic track record Curiosity and a growth mindset — you love to learn and solve problems
You are	Comfortable with coding in one or more languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, etc.) Familiar with core concepts in software, data, or cloud engineering A strong communicator in English (spoken and written) A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Proactive, organized, and motivated by impact.
