Founder & CEO
As the CEO of Property Finder Group, a pioneer in innovation and technology, Michael was the first to introduce a real estate classified in the Middle East, prior to launching Property Finder in 2007. The company has grown exponentially through the years into an impressive and culturally diverse team of more than 300 individuals across its six countries of operation.

Ari comes to Property Finder after a long-standing career serving some of the world’s largest tech companies – including starting the Facebook and Google offices in the Middle East. Ari is passionate about technology and the role it plays in empowering people, especially in emerging markets.
Chief Human Resource Officer
Anu Challu leads the Human Resources function at Property Finder. With over 25 years of multi sector, multi geography work experience in creating and executing HR strategies in a range of companies, Anu recruits a multitude of talent to Property Finder. Her deep expertise lies in Business Partnering, Business Transformation, and Strategic HR.
Chief Financial Officer
Jakson has over 20 years of experience and a demonstrated history of working in the online industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Management, Human Resources, and Financial Analysis, Jackson is a strong finance professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.
Chief Technology Officer
Gauthier brings with him over twenty years of experience in technology leadership, after having served as the group CTO at StepStone, which is headquartered in Germany and is one of the world’s largest e-recruitment businesses. Prior to this, he was instrumental in managing 13 acquisitions across 10 years that include some of the biggest companies such as Totaljobs Group, Saon Group and more.
Chief Product Officer
Christophe leads the Product and Growth functions at Property Finder. He brings over 25 years of experience in bridging “Business with Digital Technology”. Prior to joining Property Finder, for 12 years, Christophe lead the executive leadership team at StepStone group, a leading marketplace in jobs, helping to grow the business significantly from a single brand to 40 brands and gaining world class leadership experience in online marketing, product development, marketplace dynamics, M&A and brand portfolio management.
Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer
Previously, Ozan was responsible for leading the overall strategy agenda for Facebook in Middle East and Africa. Prior to that he was a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company in New York and Istanbul, advising Fortune 500 companies in their transformation journeys. With his wealth of management expertise, Ozan now heads devising the strategic agenda for the growth and expansion of Property Finder, the implementation of company initiatives and company’s overall Analytics organization.
Managing Director of Mortgage Finder
As the Managing Director of Mortgage Finder, Mohamad is responsible for improving the user experience in the home search journey. Previously, Mohamad was the co-founder & CEO of Urban real estate, a very innovative Prop Tech operating in the UAE.
General Counsel
Zaid leads the Legal function, and has overall responsibility for all legal, compliance and corporate governance matters across the Property Finder Group. Having worked in international law firms and as a senior in-house legal advisor for leading multinational corporations operating in the Middle East and Turkey, South Africa and Hong Kong, Zaid brings vast experience to the team. His diverse skill set enables him to advise on commercial strategies, M&A, technology licensing and IP rights management, data privacy, and a wide range of route-to-market contracts. Zaid will be a valuable partner to business as Property Finder continues with its targeted growth and expansion plans.
