From our Culcheth office turn left onto Warrington Road and proceed straight on at the mini roundabout. Continue to the roundabout and turn left and follow the signs for M62 Liverpool⁄Manchester. This will take you to Junction 11 at Birchwood, join the motorway in the direction of Liverpool and exit at junction 8. Follow signs for Warrington via the A57 (as well as following the builders yellow signs for The Boulevard). At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit into Whittle Avenue. Around half a mile on the left is the entrance to the development. 2. Once you have chosen a property that is available to purchase, subject to contract, we will put you in touch with an Independent Financial Advisor who will assess whether you are able to afford the rent as well as any mortgage payments
3. When you are in a ready and able position to purchase a shared ownership home (assessment by the selling agent) and the property you have chosen is available, you must pay a non-refundable reservation fee of £250.00 to reserve your chosen property, subject to contract.
4. Once you have reserved a property you must be in a position to exchange contracts within 28 days.
5. Within the 28 days period of reserving a property and exchanging contracts, the landlord must accept you for a shared ownership lease.
6. If you require a mortgage to assist your purchase, you are advised to receive a mortgage offer before you exchange contracts.
7. After you have exchanged contracts, you will be notified when your chosen property is build complete.
8. The Completion date of your house purchase must be within 14 days of notification.
