PLANNING CONSENT
A Planning Consent, issued by Bassetlaw District Council dated 3 July 2007 number 02/07/00304 has been granted for the erection of a detached house and garage and construction of new access on land to the rear of The Colliery Inn, Grafton Street, Worksop. The permission is subject to conditions including:
1 Approval of the reserve matters to be made not later than 3 years from the date of the permission and the development is to start not later than 2 years from the final approval with the reserve matters.
2 The design and external appearance of the buildings and the landscaping shall be as may be approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
3 Pedestrian intervisibility splays, having the dimensions 1.5m x 1.5m should be safeguarded at the entrance and exit.
A copy of this permission is available at the offices of the Chartered Surveyors.

We understand that mains water, electricity, gas and drainage are available in the area but a prospective purchaser should make their own enquiries from the utility companies concerned.
TENURE
