DIRECTIONS:
From Glasgow City Centre take the M8/A8 westbound past Port Glasgow then take the A770 through Greenock and Gourock to the Western Ferry Terminal at MacInroy's Point. Take the ferry to Hunters Quay, Dunoon. Leave the terminal and turn right on the A815 through Sandbank. After approximately 3.5 miles turn left onto the B836. After 11 miles turn right onto the A86. Continue along the A86 and turn left onto the A8003 to Tighnabruaich. On entering Tighnabruaich turn left at the hotel and proceed along the waterfront. Continue beyond the pier and turn first left. Proceed towards the top of the hill, turning sharp left, and then continue along this road. Ashcliffe is on the left hand side.
